Fee Schedule 

Everyone deserves compassionate support during life’s most challenging moments, no matter how much money they have. Our sliding scale helps make our services available to more people by offering different prices based on each family’s ability to afford them.

A sliding scale works when we trust each other. We trust families to be honest about their situation. Families can trust us to honor their choice without asking for proof. This mutual respect helps our community care for each other during difficult times.

Which Price Level Is Right for You?

Full Price

  • You own a home and have savings in the bank
  • Can pay for things you want, not just things you need
  • Don’t worry much about paying for food, housing, or medical care
  • Have financial security and a stable income

When you pay full price, you help us continue offering lower prices to families who need them.

Mid-range

  • Have a steady income but live paycheck to paycheck
  • Are you working to pay off debt or build savings
  • Can afford necessities but worry about unexpected costs
  • Could pay full price, but it would mean giving up other important things

If family or friends could help you pay, please ask them first before using this level. This keeps the sliding scale available for families who have no other options.

Low-range

  • Struggle to pay for food, housing, or medical care
  • Live paycheck to paycheck or have significant debt
  • Spend most of your time worrying about basic needs
  • Have no family or friends who can help financially

Your payment at this level is just as valuable as someone paying full price. You deserve support during this difficult time.

Explanation of Services and Packages

Advance Directives Planning - including 12-months of ongoing support from the date of payment – Full: $300.00 | Middle: $200.00 | Lower: $150.00. The 12-month package includes unlimited on-site meetings (once or twice a month), phone calls, and FaceTime or FB Messenger sessions as needed to ensure the client is comfortable with the paperwork and to address any follow-up questions or issues during that period. The fee for ADPs must be paid at the initial meeting. 

  • The fee for Advance Care Planning (ACP) is payable at the initial meeting.

Illness Education, End-of-Life Support, Grief Support – Full: $80.00 per hour | Middle: $60.00 per hour | Lower: $30.00 per hour. We can work out a package price during the free consultation or the intake meeting based on your preference.

Legacy Project Work – Full: $60.00 per hour plus costs (materials, printing, etc.) | Middle: $40.00 per hour plus costs (materials, printing, etc.) | Lower: $30.00 per hour plus costs (materials, printing, etc.). We can work out a package price during the free consultation or the intake meeting based on your preference..

Vigil Planning – Full: $300.00 | Middle: $200.00 | Lower: $100.00.

Vigil Sitting – Full: $25.00 per hour, $50.00 for 3 hours, or $100.00 for 6 hours | Middle: $20 per hour, $40.00 for 3 hours, or $80.00 for 6 hours | Lower: $15.00 per hour, $30.00 for 3 hours, or $60.00 for 6 hours.

Wellness Checks – Full: $80.00 per visit | Middle: $60.00 per visit | Lower: $30.00 per visit. We can work out a package price during the free consultation or the intake meeting based on your preference.
